This first phase is a set of informal and/or formal discussions organized to determine if LMGS is good match for the client’s goals and needs. LMGS facilitates these discussions to understand the proposed goals or begin the co-development of the initial goals for the engagement. LMGS spends the time to fully comprehend the organizational and/or client’s purpose, goals, and needs. Asking the right questions and continually clarifying the needs of the client is essential at this stage.

Once the project has met the LMGS criteria for a successful client, creating the roadmap to the project’s success will begin. This includes developing a detailed project schedule, creating a communication plan, and setting transparent and measurable goals and deliverables. This is where the scope of the project is clearly defined.

Deliverables & Milestones
During development, the LMGS team establishes the tasks necessary to reach all agreed upon deliverables and milestones. The team denotes the different responsibilities and sets internal deadlines. LMGS’s team also identifies potential risks and creates a risk management and mitigation plan.

The Delivery of the project begins with a launch where each client is well informed of how the project will be handled and the project is kicked off.
The project team will follow the work schedule that is established and work through tasks to complete the project within the required timeframe. LMGS has the years of experience, foresight, and the agility to pivot or recalibrate throughout the process, if necessary. We also break down barriers that have potential to slow the team from completing tasks and adapt to changes in the project as they arise.
Closing & Refinement
Summarize Results
At the closing stage, the leadership team of LMGS will review the entire project and complete a detailed close out report. A presentation to the clients and their stakeholders will summarize and showcase the results and the impact of the project, allowing the client to see that all requested outcomes have been achieved.
