Project Synopsis

With the goal of creating a sustainable talent pipeline in Broward County by nurturing talent and strengthening the local economy, LM Genuine Solutions led facilitation of a consortium in developing community-wide movement inclusive of businesses, education, and public service leaders. Under the guidance of LMGS, this work increased opportunities for Broward youth to equitable access and exposure to productive career pathways inclusive of tailored strategies for vulnerable neighborhoods and/or populations. Additionally, this work is strengthening communication, education, engagement and sustained collaboration of employers in countywide work-based learning programs ensuring that experiences authentically prepare a workforce that meets their current and future needs.
