Project Synopsis

The Underdeck Committee engages multiple entities, stakeholders, and community members to work collaboratively to develop community priorities/recommendations regarding the design, maintenance, operations, fund development, governance, and community engagement to ensure that the Underdeck project is fully realized as envisioned by community stakeholders. LM Genuine Solutions leads the facilitation and program management of the Underdeck Committee. When completed, this 33-acre space will be dedicated to green space, recreation, fun and community-based programming for the public’s benefit.
